Contractor installed the remaining 16-inch reclaimed water pipe and expansion coupling that is mounted to the bridge. Contractor installed valve and tapping sleeve on new 12-inch water line west of the bridge. Contractor installed expansion coupling, valve and blow-off on 12-inch water line east of the bridge.
July 15, 2022	Construction Phase	Contractor installed additional floating turbidity barrier to contain runoff during summer storms. Contractor received and installed modified utility hangers on the east end of the bridge. TECO partially completed welding of 4-inch gas line and installed it across bridge on utility hangers. Contractor installed 12-inch water pipe in realigned configuration on east end of the bridge. Contractor coordinating with City of St. Petersburg Water Services and DEP for upcoming tests of new water line.
July 8, 2022	Construction Phase	Contractor continues to work on structural elements for the 2nd phase of the project at offsite yards. Contractor continues to maintain and adjust on site erosion control measures to control the runoff from recent storm events. Contractor is preparing for remobilization of subcontractor crews to site to complete remaining work for Phase 1 of the project. Contractor completed painting bridge mounted water and reclaimed water pipes. Contractor continues construction of reinforcement cages at their commercial yard. TECO welded 4-inch pipe for relocated natural gas utility. TECO has begun installation of temporary gas line on north side of new bridge section.
July 1, 2022	Construction Phase	TECO installed 4-inch pipe for gas line relocation west of the bridge and will be starting installation of gas line on the west side of the bridge beginning next week. Contractor painted water and reclaimed water pipe installed on the bridge. Contractor constructed reinforcement cages for Phase II bridge piers and will continue to construct structural elements for south side of bridge in their casting yard. Modified brackets for water and reclaimed water pipe are being completed and will be delivered next week.
June 24, 2022	Construction Phase	Off-site fabrication and procurement of Phase 2 materials and structures continues. Mobilization of crews and equipment to complete Phase 1 utility work has started. Water and reclaimed water hangers are being modified for use in the revised utility alignment. Contractor repaired surface deficiencies on the bridge and sidewalk.
June 17, 2022	Construction Phase	The planned revision to resolve the utility conflict has been completed. Raw materials for modified utility hangers are being procured.
